Dr Robert Cannon studied astrophysics
at Cambridge and has worked in Australia
France and the UK including research appointments
at the Observatories of Paris-Meudon and Lyon.
During and after his PhD, Robert wrote the first
programs capable of computing the internal
chemical evolution of rapidly mised stars.
His current interests are in software architecture,
astrophysics and neuroscience.
He is responsible for Cantanout's software
products and website.

Dr Christopher Tout is the John Couch Adams Astronomer
and lecturer in mathematics
at the University of Cambridge. He has also worked at the
Lick Observatory, Santa Cruz, California and in Monash
University, Melbourne.
His numerous research papers are all about stars,
particularly pairs of stars, of which he is
especially fond.
Dr Tout spends a lot of time eating and drinking at
Churchill College, Cambridge where he is the
Fellow's steward.
